  • When do I receive my orders?

    Our orders will be processed within 5-7 business days once we receive them from you. This does not include shipping time. All orders will be shipped with UPS and USPS.


    PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT USPS AND UPS HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING MANY DELAYS AND ONCE SHIPPED, IT IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL. 

  • Where is your main office?

    We don't have an existing office yet, we manufacture all the orders in our home.

  • Do you offer shipping?

    YES! We offer shipping nationwide.(USA)! All the treats will be sealed and shipped to your door straight.

  • What is your return policy?

    We currently do not offer any returns or refunds.

  • How do I store the treats?

    We suggest transferring the treats into an air-tight container in a cool, dry area. 


    The best option (& our preference) is to store the treats in an air-tight container in the freezer for extended shelf life since the treats we source do not have any preservatives and typically have a shorter shelf life.


    Treats stored in the freezer will stay fresh up to a few months.
